Class of 2010 Christian Athletes of the Year Scholarships
Over the past fifteen years, SAFCA has recognized over forty young athletes, as well as awarded nearly $30,000 in college scholarships. Once again, the San Antonio Area FCA will be awarding a total of four $500 scholarships to area FCA student-athletes. Two San Antonio and two area finalists will be awarded scholarships and honored at our Annual Spring FCA Awards Banquet. Additionally, all nominees, along with their nominating sponsors, will be invited to attend this great evening.
The FCA boards request that you, as a local or area sponsor, nominate your best graduating Christian student-athlete (boy or girl, senior class of 2009). Please have them complete this application (additional pages as needed, present a good packet), as well as attach a letter of personal endorsement from both yourself and either their pastor or youth minister, or other letter(s) of recommendation. Nomination forms with at least @ accompanying letters of recommendation must be returned to the FCA office, 16161 College Oak Suite 101, San Antonio, Texas 78249, no later than April 17, 2010.
