Joe is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with a deep passion for sharing the gospel with coaches and athletes. After years of military service marked by strong leadership and a commitment to character development, he now serves with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes to help transform lives through Christ.

He served as a strength and conditioning coach for the United States Air Force Academy football team and an athlete who competed internationally, Joe brings firsthand experience of the powerful connection between faith, discipline, and sports. His background in athletics and leadership equips him to walk alongside athletes and coaches with authenticity, strength, and encouragement.

Faith and family are the foundation of his life...he is a proud father of seven children, two sons-in-law, and Papa to amazing grandsons. His mission is to build Christ-centered relationships that inspire others to pursue excellence both on and off the field. Whether leading Bible studies, mentoring student-athletes, or encouraging coaches, Joe is committed to making Jesus known through sports and service.
