Ashley Hunter

Ashley was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from Johnson High School, Ashley went on to play college soccer at Abilene Christian University (2018-2021) and finished with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology: Sport's Management. Ashley coached soccer at Hardin-Simmons University for 3 years while also transitioning to FCA staff in January 2023. In Abilene, she served as an area rep for the three college campuses! She currently serves with FCA in a hybrid role as the administrative assistant to Todd Johnson and an area rep for the colleges in San Antonio! 

Ashley is married to Joshua Hunter since 2024, and they have a daughter named Yovela (1). Ashley's favorite part about being on FCA staff is getting to disciple female college students and watch them mature into strong, faithful women of God!

"FCA is special to me because it was the very means by which the Lord brought me to saving faith. I went to ACU to play college soccer and to pursue a degree, little did I know the Lord would completely change the trajectory of my life. The FCA staff at the time shared the gospel with me and their very lives. They showed me what it meant to love and obey Christ as Lord, not just as Savior. It is because of their faithfulness that I get to proclaim the good news to the lost. My prayer is that I would be able to do what was lovingly done for me."
